How it Works?
On your arrival you will be met by our staff at the Airport Information Desk with your name board,Our uniformed staff meet and greet all pre booked clients, even those on delayed flights.
Our meeting points are by the Airport Information Desks inside the Arrival Lounge.
So our passengers do not have to wait outside at the bus stops in all sorts of weather. Once you have cleared immigration and collected your luggage please follow the signs for the airport information desk.You will be met by our staff at the Airport Information Desk with your name board. Our staff will assist you with your luggage and help boarding the shuttle bus right outside the arrival lounge. Once on board the shuttle will go non-stop to Central London and will drop you at your door. Your transfer will be very easy and cheap.
Flight Monitoring
We will monitor every flight online on the day of arrival. From the time the flight actually lands, it takes around 45 to 60 minutes to clear customs and arrive at the meeting point.
Pick up at Heathrow Airport
There will be a half hour pick up window from the time of arrival at the meeting point. The 30 minutes pick up window allows drivers to move around the terminals and fill up bus according to the drop off locations.
